I understand that 4g is new and all but I recently bought the thunderbolt and now I have issues finding 4g just about every where and I was looking forward to the 4g experience. Is this happening to anyone else? If so when is the network going to be working again?

The Verizon 4G network is having numerous problems. I would not buy a 4G device until these problems are resolved.
The problems on the network are very minor and don't interfear with calls..
Wait all you like, but there are no major issues right now. Nothing that delaying a purchase would solve anyway

When a Contributor has to go 40 miles to a 4G area to get his T-Bolt to make phone calls when it won't work in a 3G area i call this a Major Issue an i think the best thing that Verizon should Do is have a Recall on this phone just like Auto makers do on a perticualar Model Car an Not pute it back out untill all issues are resolved . People are putting there money out for this Phone an for some it may be working but for alott of people its not. And you shouldn't have to go around the Barn to fix something that should have addressed an fixed before it was even released . So the Customer does't have to find a salution to fix it or pull there Hair before taking it back to store.

I'm 170 miles from a 4G area and had no issues. Those were issues with the eHPRD part of their network in various 3G only areas but there are plenty of work arounds. The vast majority of people are having no issues.
