Is it just me or is all of Verizon's customer service out ?
I cant get through Verizon chat or my verizon app or facebook mess or even the phone
all service depts are saying either no ones there or verizons having probs.
i have been without a working phone since saturday because of verizon and now i cant even contact them what a joke
You're welcome to take calls for less pay than the job warrants instead of berating those that deal with back to back calls.
We can run some trouble shooting steps, and see what we can do for you. Would that be okay with you?
