iCloud alert


Received alert "As you requested access to your Verizon icloud media storage has been removed."  I did not make that request. Since customer service is not available what should I do?  Thanks

Czechwriter, we want to ensure you have the answers you need. The Verizon Cloud feature is a feature provided at a cost, for a limited trial period for free or within certain plans. Did you make a plan change recently? Did you receive a text or email advising that your Cloud promotional feature was expiring and in order to retain it, you would need to sign up for a Cloud plan?
