Restore text messages

I don't have cloud, and any app that save text messages, any way to restore my text messages?

I am sorry to hear about the situation. How were the messages removed? What messaging app are you using?

A little more information would be helpful.  Why are you trying to restore text messages?  Did you get a new phone?  Or factory reset your current phone?  There are apps, and other means, to save texts and copy to a new phone but must be used before the old phone is wiped / reset.
