It's working on mine. As soon as I got a VM it asked if I agreed to the terms of Visual, tapped yes, and there it was. I did not try to set it up with the Verizon app though.
It's not working on mine - I get a message that says "Something Went Wrong - Please contact customer service at (800) 922-0204 and tell them the error code is 9999" I then have two hyperlinks - one to call voicemail (which just dials *86) and another to call customer service.
We worked on it for quite a while today and couldn't get it sorted out. I have an open ticket with tier 2 and am awaiting a response - as soon as I hear back I'll reply back.
make sure you have HD Voice enabled on your account. Seeing as it doesn't use an official Verizon app to access voicemail, unlike other phones, but Android's stock visual voicemail system, it could be something to do with that.
