Keep on fighting. It appears their stance is you can't have 2 promos stacked. The trade in counts as the other promo. Nowhere or the shopping cart or order confirmation I have does it say this. Both are listed on both documents. I shared this information to them numerous times and nothing yet. Small Claims court will be my next stop as well as BBB if I don't get my credits.

Finally got my credit, in a round about way. They said they couldn't do the monthly credits, so they agreed to a one-time credit that is basically equal to the 11.XX or whatever for 24 months. I'm happy with that resolution. I just hope VZW learns from this and figures out where the disconnect happened.

Awesome! I'm glad some of us are getting the credit so rightfully deserved. I'm on my 5th different VZW rep from this forum and I sent him the same information as the other 4 before, Shopping Cart and Order Confirmation showing both:
1) Black Friday Pixel XL sale. $12.08/month credit for 24 months.
and
2) Trade in of Galaxy S6 Edge. $27.92/month credit for 24 months.
I hope they have finally got their act together and I will finally get my credit.

Wow. what a brilliant idea. Luckily twitter transcript goes to the
twitter-verse. I have email transcripts too. Once someone organizes and
finds a firm willing to take this on, I will sign on too.

Folks, another up date to my case. I'm on my 6th VZW rep asking for the same information. Add the two I called and that's 8. Amazing. I have physical evidence in the form of a Shopping Cart printout and Order Confirmation that I should be getting both the Pixel XL credits and the trade in credit for Galaxy S6 Edge. I don't understand it.

I hope another rep will reach out to you. It does seem that they are
reaching out to other people.
Another solution is to ask them for a full refund for the phone and for
them to give you a credit so you can take your money and go elsewhere. You
could just send your phone in for good and forget about all this nonsense.
Also, if you are willing to set up a Google doc for people who are
interested in joining a class action lawsuit please share the link on the
site and we can start signing up. I would not even know where to start, but
I single-point-of-contact would ensure easy accessibility for any law firm
that is interested in taking our case.

So lemme get this straight. A customer service rep contacted you here on
the forum, you responded, and they still told you they are not going to
honor the agreement that was made when you purchased the Pixel device on
Black Friday last year?
After my fiasco with VZW and the Pixel XL, I have purchased the other
phones outright from Apple and VZW to add them to my family plan. It sure
beats the [Removed] out of arguing with the monkeys once a month.
