My wife and I both have Pixel 4 XL's. She is sitting right next to me and is getting 0.23 Mbps download speed (via speedtest) and I am getting 13.5.
I have inspected all settings between our devices and they are almost identical.
Most of her usage is through Facebook while mine is through Chrome (again very similar data usage).
This exact problem happened to her iPhone X max months ago (why we switched to Android...) Leading me to suspect it's user related but literally NOTHING seems different between us.
This happens inside, outside, down the street, and even in different cities (Sacramento and San Francisco and in-between!)
Nightmare!!!! 😭
P.S. on our home WiFi we BOTH get >250 Mbps speeds...
Either you're on two different plans or she needs to do a network reset.
We are on the same plan and I have tried resetting network (System > advanced > Reset Options > Reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth)
