cant access yahoo mail.i keep getting error.gmail is fine.my banking accounts are fine.please advise.just got the phone yesterday.love it .

can you access the account from a computer? maybe a login/password is wrong.

yes from my computer and from my itouch ican access yahooo mail.

are you using yahoo.com/email? if not can you try it & logon.

Remove your yahoo Account from the phone then turn off the razr... then turn it back on an then re-inter your yahoo account see if that works.

Hello thor77, congrats on your new phone! Everyone has given some excellent troubleshooting steps so far. Are you still having problems setting up your Yahoo email? If so, what specific error message are you getting? When you setup the email, are you choosing the option for Yahoo? If it is not working that way, try choosing Email and then manually entering the settings for Yahoo. You can find Yahoo email settings here.

thank you my yahoo mail is working fine on the razr.i was entering the wrong pass before.now its fine.also i linked yahoo with gmail.so far my Razr is five star.
