I noticed my yahoo email has not updated since saturday...says it refreshes and shows how many new emails..but the screen is black with 'no messages' in the center....un installed and re installed..still the same....
Also I did reboot it...still unable to see emails..google email however is just fine...

I want to ensure you get those important emails on your mobile device! Keeping in mind, Yahoo! may have changed security/server settings, I recommend we remove the email account (Settings > Accounts & Sync > tap account > Remove. After that, add the account under "Other" in the same Accounts & Sync section. Some email providers, like Yahoo!, offer a special application in the Play store that operate better with their services than the built in email application. Its worth it to check that out as well.
