what weather widget comes standard on the droid razr phone?

Your weather widget probably disappeared when your operating system updated to Jelly Bean; that was one of the changes:

Release Notes - DROID RAZR/ MAXX - Software Upgrade - 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)

There are lots of weather widgets in Google Play; I'm sure you can find one you like; here's a few:
