what to do with my verizon razor max

ok so my droid razor max went from the greatist elictronic device i ever own to the biggest piece of (*&%*%^#%*^$* my computer and router were hacked & my phone was part of my home network the guy who hacked me was my accountant and the person who set all this up for me cuz i aint to good at this im a mechanic and a damn good one so he set this system up for me so that my quick books and intuit would all stay synched but anyways back to the point  ( my question ) what do i do now??????? my batt goes dead super quick my screen gets hot as hell and it freezes all the time

Master reset your device, save your contacts to your SD card before you do that though

What makes you think that your phone was hacked? What you could have is an app that is constantly running.

If someone hacked into your network, that's got nothing to do with Verizon or anyone here.  If your phone is not working correctly, you can do a factory reset and cache wipe.  My Motorola Droid Razr Maxx works perfectly with JB.
