Had you been able to reset your phone previously?
One more time and then it's probably replacement/repair time. Find a good charger and cable (test yours on another phone, borrow from a friend, use a spare, etc.). Plug you phone into the good charger and cable and a good wall outlet for 2-4 hours (not a PC USB). Remove the phone from the charger and push the Volume Down button and power button simultaneously for 10-20 seconds or until you see some life in your phone. If still dead, it's time for plan B - replace the phone or send it to Motorola for repairs.
