I have the razr maxx.  When I answer a phone call or try to make a call, I can't hear anything.  The people on the other end can hear me.  I figured out if I put the phone on speaker, they can hear me. There is something wrong with the phone speaker or I have changed a setting somehow.  Any suggestions?

When your on a Call have you tried to Adjust you Volume Level b33

Hello kshat,
I know it is very important to hear your callers.  Have you tried removing the battery and retesting?  Is the bluetooth setting on?  If so, disable, test and advise.  If unsuccessful try navigating to Settings>Call Settings>Disable HAC Mode Settings and disable Voice Privacy(If disabled please enable and disable)>Power cycle the phone>Retest and advise results.  Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.  Thank you.  ^TB

THE BATTERY IN THAT PHONE IS A NON REMOVABLE TYPE.. b33
