Unable to send or receive text messages on new Droid Raze Maxx. Email and all else fine.

Are you still unable to send/receive text messages with your Droid Razr? I trust that this critical issue has been resolved by now. I have same model and I have not had that issue. I want to help! Please reprogram your phone by removing SIM card for 30 seconds, then reinsert SIM card and finally power off and on to complete process. If issue continues we will need to access your account to check provisioning.
