I don't particularly remember this starting after downloading something. In
fact all I really remember was one day noticing that I never would get 4g
even though 3 other people around me were on verizon phones with 4g. I have
setup my phone in safe mode and so far no 4g only 3g. In addition the
signal strength has gone to -71 dBm 8 asu and will vary to -76 dBm 4 asu.
