Green light usually means you got a Message.. Have you tried Turning it on while it's plugged in give that a shot and use the charger that came with it.. you may have to charge it for a While to get some life back into it..b33
You can Do this as an Alternative:
You can do a hard reboot by pressing and holding the "volume down" key and the "power" key simultaneously for 30 seconds. Once you release both keys your phone should automatically reboot if it does not, hold down the power button as if you were turning your phone on from an off state and it should turn on.
