Its getting rather old getting these ridiculously slow speeds. Last night it was 3kbs, I call Verizon and the tech support guy said he refreshed some stuff and it should all be ok. It is not, it is worse. Today I am at .5kbs , i hit 10 kbs for a few secs but went back down to .5 to 1 kbs. Its getting old and not worth 20 bucks getting these speeds. Can anyone help, or have the same problem?

Kkvwrazr, I can see your need for speed! When using the internet on your device itself, is the connection faster? When the mobile hotspot is turned on, do you show 3G or 4G at the top of your phone? Lastly what zip code are you located in?
