im locked out of my phone how do i get in. does it have something to do with the PUK does that unlock the phone or is it just for the sim or is that the same thing
Being locked out of your phone can be traumatic. The PUK code is purely for your SIM Card, and woiuld not affect your lock screen. If you have forgotten your lock code, there are a couple options to reset it. If you have registered your device with Android Device Manager, it will have an option to reset the code.
