how do i set a ringtone

i follow the directions but the menu i get does not have ringtone on it anywhere

If you click the menu button at the bottom left, go to settings, then sound and then ringtone.

There are several to choose from.

If you have music on your phone you need to select the song you want as a ringtone, and hold it and the phone will ask if you would like to play, set as ringtone and some other options.

set it as a ringtone and it will show in your ringtone list.
