anyone having a problem with handless? whether I am tethered or Bluetooth the call drops but they seem to hear me. however, i cannot hear them?
Have no fear, Verizon is here! We know how important it is to have your handsfree working, especially while driving. I'm confident that we can partner together and get this resolved. May I ask what bluetooth are you using? Also, is the bluetooth device being unpaired when you're having the issue? As you share the details of the issue then we can customize a solution.
