I am having trouble with the email. I have hot mail and i added it when i first recieved phone. It worked for a week and now it says that there is invalid credentials. I can not delete the account or add a new hot mail because it says invalid crendentials. I have gone to hot mail and changed password but that did not help. What else can i try?
Did you double check the port numbers? Here are the correct items for Hotmail

There's something strange going on here - and you'll notice that with all the related authentication errors people are reporting with hotmail, yahoo and aol, not a single VZW person has stepped up to help. To my knowledge there hasn't been a resolution posted by anyone. I would call VZW 1-800-922-0204. When/if you do get a resolution would you post back so we know what to tell other folks? Good luck!
(Oh, I guess you could do a factory reset....but I'd call 'em first!)
