You need to call customer service and request the change. You should verify exactly when your bill would be due to make sure it works with your budget. However how do you expect VZW to handle February or months that only have 30 days?

You can try calling custoemr service. Can't gaurantee they'll do that.

mikeczarnik - you can certainly change your bill cycle to a date that best fits your needs. We would be happy to help you make the change. May I ask why you are looking to change your bill cycle date? Do any of your lines have active device payments?
