I bought my droid razr 16 gb 17 days ago and paid 99.99 now 18 days later they are free ..and I have always been with Verizon never had a nother carrier I am on a fixed income do you think it is right for a company you are loyal with would do some kind of deal with you .. no customer service person laughed and said it happens to a lot of people..is that suppose to make me feel better I am not a happy customer ...two years I am stuck thanks Verizon you suck..

They actually do have a policy for this. It's the same as the return period. If the phone you purchase reduces in cost within 14 days of purchase, they will credit the difference. You are actually outside of that period, so they aren't able to match the pricing.

Was it worth $99.99 to you 18 days ago? Then it still should be. When would be a good cut off (as said below, it's 14 days)? It's a fact of life that cellphone prices drop quickly as new models get pushed.
