Just so you know, you are sounding a bit nutty thinking you can contact the president of Verizon directly. You have to follow the appropriate channels, that's why they are set in place.

I tend to be more of a realist when it comes to getting a message to someone who has several layers of assistants and other handlers; knowing said message would most certainly be intercepted, screened, and filtered prior to appearing before he who is the singular power.
