Why isn't my auto fill working?

Why is that when I visit many different Web sites (or apps) and I use autofill to input my name and so on, the info is treated as if I left the fields blank?  If I actually type the information in,  then all seems to be OK, but using autofill alone does not seem to register with these sites.  By the way, this includes Verizon; it happened a few moments ago, while logging on! I have a Motorola Turbo Droid, and this occurred when I had the first, non-turbo Droid also. I have other issues/questions best left for another post . . .

Not sure if this is your problem on multiple sites, but I know the Verizon community does not allow autofill for the user name at login.

Having the ability to quickly fill in blanks in your web browser, 1mrstacey. Let's figure out what is going on. As demmo86rt alluded too, some web sites do not allow auto fill. Does this happen whenever you try to use auto fill? How long has this been happening?
