I just got 2 of these, 2 days apart. My daughter reported that hers was locked up on the 2nd day she had it. I did a soft reboot and it worked, but yesterday I got home to find out that it would not charge or turn on. Of course, it occurred right after the 14 day period.
Welcome to the now return the phone to the store and see if they can fix it, if not they will order you a refurbished razr which may or may not be better or worse than what you are going through. A shame really!
