I have been a customer for 12+ years and have paid my bill flawlessly through out my time with VZ. I dropped my phone just recently and my upgrade is due for May. They wouldn't push my upgrade up so forcing me to spend the $100 to get my replacement phone. Then I will now have to pay another $100 for an upgrade in may. I understand I don't have to upgrade but I like to keep up with the new technology being that I have had my phone for almost 2 years. So, I am now $100 more than I wanted to spend. Where is the loyalty? Now, when my plan is up we will search for a new provider. I think Sprint not sure yet? I have never had a problem with VZ and found this so ridiculous that I have been paying an $100+ phone bill for 12+ years. Do the math. The unfortunate thing is they probably wont give a crap that I cancel because to them I am a small number.
