When will I receive the KITKAT update on my Droid Razr Maxx xt912?

I keep seeing that the roll out was some time ago.  I even went to the Motorola Device Manager and it states there are no system updates for my phone. AM I missing something?

You won't, the last update you received, 4.1.2, will be the last OS update you will receive.

Thank you.  What Maxx version should I look for that will update to KitKat?  I just gave my Droid Mini to my husband as his phone is going bad and I loved KitKat.

Honestly your best bet if you're upgading would be the Turbo, it runs 4.4.4 and will be getting 5.0.
