But you don't understand! It may change my life. ICE CREAM, U SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM SANDWICH. The frustration is that I bought my phone in May and I have ICS on my tablet since earlier this year. I like it better than Gingerbread and Honeycomb. I have seen it on my co-workers phone and it looks and operates well. My only complaint is they need to give us a date and stick to it. I feel like I'm waiting at home between 8 and 5 for the cable guy to show up. And then there's Jellybean. I give up on sweets. I am getting fatter just thinking about it.

To my knowledge, there is not a way to change the picture on the Caller ID function of the Droid RAZR. However, with the update to the new operating system (Ice Cream Sandwich) now rolling to that device, it is possible that you'll have that option. I recommend waiting for that update to see. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the rollout to complete. Good luck and thanks!

Per Verizon Support's Twitter Page.
ICS is now being pushed systematically and takes a few weeks to reach all devices. I trust that your device will get it soon.
We wait...

I honestly dont' think any Verizon rep has a real clue when we will see this. Motorola says it could be another week yet. An email from them a few hours ago:
Dear Mitch,
Thanks for reaching out to Motorola.
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. The ICS upgrade for the DROID RAZR and RAZR
MAXX was actually released yesterday as an over the air upgrade. It is being
pushed by batches within the course of 7 days so that it will not overwhelm the
network of Verizon. They are also aware of this since this has been the procedure
for over the air upgrades. You will receive a notification on your phone if it
is already available for you to download. Please make sure that your phone is
fully charged before you install the Android upgrade on the device.
We hope that you find this information useful and we look forward to assisting
you in the future.

Thank you for contacting Motorola e-mail support.
Best Regards,
Neil
At this point the excitement of getting it has turned to nothing but frustration and dissapointment.
