lol screw the discount...they should let us opt out of our contract...the device (Bionic) and the 'blazing fast 4G' network is an absolute joke! the only other suggestion (and what i am trying to accomplish) is allow us to downgrade to a 3G device if thats the path we choose. After talking to a tech support rep who admittingly said 1) the 4G network is not fully implemented, and 2) the 4G towers sometimes cannot handle the bandwith, I had to shell out ANOTHER several hundred dollars for an Incredible 2. Its unfortunate Verizon managed to take even more of my money while leaving me completely unsatisfied, but I am very excited to soon have a device that actually works!

Thats cool that you like the phone so much, always good to hear someone who is satisfied with their device. Me though, I am not amused by syncing and album art, I rely on the data connection obtained, receiving/keeping calls and texts and maintiainting a consistent signal....neither the Bionic or RAZR could not meet those requirements. Needless to say, atleast where I live and travel (Phoenix, LA and Santa Barbara), despite 4G supposedly being available, it does not work. Guess thats my bad for believing the hype and not performing the research I should have.
Either way, I am happy the device is working for you...maybe its a sign of things eventually getting better. Enjoy that RAZR man
