I have to Maxxs that have JB on them, originally both were from that small window back in Dec.. I got a message a few days ago talking about the JB update so I ended up updating it again as I know this was the "official" version. At home, I have a network extended because I get zero service. Ever since the "official" update, I get 1 - 4 bars bouncing around constantly.. to sometimes zero service then immediately service again. I'm also getting fluctuation in my wifi from 1-4 bars and many times losing wifi signal.
Prior to this update, I had full wifi throughout my house and 3-4 bars of signal from the extender.
What is going on with this? It isn't my router being the Dec version on my wife's phone still works flawlessly.
Try Motorola's Restore Connectivity App it's in the PlayStore try that and see if helps Restore your Signal
