Updated to ICS now can't browse the web

Hello,

I was one of the lucky ones to get Ice Cream Sandwich. However now, the web browser keeps crashing on me after navigating to like 3-4 different web pages. I downloaded Firefox and Dolphin browsers just to see if it was a browser issue, but the same thing keeps happening with those browsers. Any ideas? Its like the browser just hangs. I have to go into settings/apps/all and find the browser and clear the cache and all data under it and force quit it, which fixes temporarily, but then it hangs again after loading a few more web pages.

Any help is appreciated.

Also I should note, it doesn't matter if I'm on my home wireless or using the Verizon 4g network.

Wait for an answer from someone more qualified to give one, but my guess is that when and if one of the vz support people help you they are going to suggest doing a factory reset.

If it were me I would try wiping cache and delvic cache first then the reset if that doesn't work.

Like I said though hang on for a better answer

How did you get ICS for the DROID RAZR already?

Maybe there is still some testing to be done before this gets rolled out for everyone else.

This is the test. He signed up for the soak test on Motorola web site. That's how he got ICS. When its done they (Motorola and or verizon) will determine if ICS is ready for release to the rest of us.

This happened to me yesterday and I am still on Gingerbread. It wouldn't let me get on certain websites and no browser would load it. It just toke many tries until it finally worked

Did you do a factory reset after the software update?

Have you checked to see if dolphin hd has an update

I never had the issue on Gingerbread. This was the first time it happened. It seems to be ok now though. I haven't done a factory reset and don't really want too. There were no updates to Dolphin at the time. I'm thinking whatever the issue was, has resolved itself now.
