Why has one of my Turbo 2s received the Marshmallow update last week and my other one still shows no update available?

The update can take a couple of weeks to cycle through to all the devices.

The reason is that Verizon has stopped the rollout.
I was on the phone yesterday with Verizon tier 2 tech support for close to an hour.
I upgraded to marshmallow last Friday when it hit and the OS upgrade killed the hardware charging function of my phone. Yes, the OS damaged the HARDWARE.
Verizon confirmed with Motorola that others are having issues with marshmallow damaging the hardware following the os update.
They said this is an issue with marshmallow that was first seen with the marshmallow rollout to the LG phones.
Therefore they said they stopped the rollout till the issue can be corrected to prevent more phones from being damaged.
