I really do not enjoy your sarcasm when it comes to my hard earned money. I

think that a company should be held to quality standards and should not be

constantly flooding myself with Certified -Pre Owned ( A nice word for

used) devices.

I know that I am not the only consumer this has happened too. We as

consumers need to stand up to Verizon.

Hey i understand did you read wear i said i was Kidding Brad..and No you shouldn't had to go thru that Many units. We all work hard for our Money and i think they could give ones more than 14 days to Return but either of Us can do much about it but Hope fully this Unit will be the one that will Soldier on for ya an give you the Service you Deserve..b33

I've never heard of ANYONE having had to go through 12 faulty phones. Ever. Been on one mobile or another since 1997...I'm amazed you've been unable to force them to offer you a different device. I went through 4 Razr's and then the 5th one acted up right out of the package, the sent me a brand new Razr Maxx. This is the 2nd time they've done that when I had multiple failures on a particular model/device. I would suggest that you ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and state your case. Utterly ridiculous.

Verizon refuses to credit my data plan at all and I have talked to so many supervisors and get the same ole' line. " we can only send out CLN devices and are not able to help me.This is becoming very frustrating to the point of filing a BBB case and a FTC report.

Maybe you should go back to a basic phone for a while, or an iphone
