I am unable to pull up a number of my saved and favorited contacts in the text messaging app. I have deleted the contact and resaved it both directly on the phone and then on gmail. I tried typing in the names of recently added/edited contacts and have no problems with the majority of people saved in my phone. I have added these people to my favorites list, but with little success. I have restarted the phone a few times, but still cannot get a few of my regular contacts to be searchable when I start a new text message. I currently have messages from these contacts on the phone, but if I say tried to send a photo, they wouldn't show up as an option when I start typing their name or number.
I'm at my wits end on how to resolve this. I had it working temporarily, and can get their numbers/names into the text messaging app if I go through contacts, but I usually start texts from the texting app or want to quickly send a photo I've just taken.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
