Several isssues with my Razr

I just got a replacement Droid Razr.  But I have several issues.

First.  My yahoo account does not sync the folders.  So when I put emails in my folders in my yahoo account they still show in my inbox on my phones.

Second.  When I make a folder and try to add an app to the folder I have to add it to my home screen first.  Then drag it to the folder.  Where as on previous phones I have been able to drop the app directly into the folder.

Third.  I wish there was a way to just silent the phone without having it vibrate.
