Sd cards arent covered by verizon. You could try to format it in a computer if you have a card reader

Hi, Original805-
I'm sorry that you can't get to your music currently. I love listening to music on my phone! Its not possible to format an SD card remotely, however I recommend putting the card in a memory card reader then inserting into your computers SD slot to see if the files still exist there. If so, move them safely to a folder on the computer with the standard drag & drop process. Then you can format the card to the phone by going into Settings> Phone & SD storage>Format. After you can move the files back to the SD card, preferably via USB cable.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
