One day last week, my RAZR was caught in a constant restart/reboot loop. Went online and saw in many forums that I was not the only person to ever experience this with the RAZR. Did find a way I could force the phone into a 'safe mode' boot to where I could run a factory reset, formatting everything and starting from scratch.
For the past day and a half, I have gotten NO network connection at all - no 4G, no 3G, not even 1G. I barely get enough bars to make a phone call.
Is there a network issue that VZW hasn't informed us about? Is there something fatally wrong with my phone? I've seen some discussions where they are saying i sts tower upgrades that are the cause. I never saw anything from Verizon saying that.
With all the problems I have been having with my phone and now the network, I am this close to jumping ship to another carrier.

Can you / Have you gone to other locations to see if the problem follows you? I would think that an outage would be somewhat localized.

So far, it does not work around my home, around work nor at the store. Three different areas several miles apart.

Hello gefurlan,
I know it's frustrating experiencing difficulties with your phone. Are you still having these issues? If so, in what zip codes are you experiencing this at? Do you know of anyone around you having these issues? If you haven't already, please remove SIM card, reinsert and retest.
