I just got a Razr yesterday. I can send texts fine, but it won't let me send pictures. I've tried sending it from the gallery, from my camera, opening a text and inserting it, but I always get a "message not send" error. I even tried turning off the wifi and sending it, but that didn't help. Does anyone know any way to fix this? Thank you.

what i found is that a pic with a text message will be reduced in size & sent, where the same pic, sent as an email won't be reduced.
fwiw:
i limit the pic size to 2meg, down from 8 & maybe why the 2meg pics work as text w/pic.

If you send a picture through messaging, the software will resize the image to allow delivery of it before it is sent, so you do not have to "experiment" taking pictures....

I would assume that your internet is working fine? Can you browse the internet, or send and receive email? Picture messages use the MMS system, which requires a data connection.
