Hi,
I was hoping I could get some help on this issue. Just got a Razr M and setup was easy. Got my yahoo and gmail accts synced just fine. Problem started when I set up my corporate email acct. Both times my phone froze and the only screen displayed was the emergency dialer. Tried soft reboot and that failed. Had to format data both times and now afraid to add corporate until I can find out what the problem is. Thank you

Good afternoon, satucker!
I'm sorry to learn the email has been causing some performance issues on the Razr M! The steps provided by B33 are great! I do recommend removing the email account under Settings > Accounts & Sync, then readding using the steps provided above. Keep me posted!
Thanks,
