When I unlock my phone and attempt to send a text or make a phone call, the phone will not let me finish the text before it sends it or the phone will call someone I did not want to call. I have reset the phone and still doing the same thing.

Wow scott427! That isn't something very common for the RAZR to do. Did this start after any particular application was installed or after a software update by chance? Sometimes it's as simple as an application causing the phone to act quirky and an easy uninstall http://bit.ly/yRC2gJ of the app is the fix. You mentioned a reset though, was that a Master Reset http://bit.ly/tQ0nkT and did you re-sign into your same Google account and redownload your applications?
Also, when it's doing this, is it plugged into a charger at the time? Trying to use the phone while it's plugged into a charger can occasionally cause the screen to be oversensitive.
