RAZR will not sync email over wi-fi

My previous phone was an Incredible and my wife's phone is currently the Thunderbolt.  They both sync(ed) all kinds (gmail and comcast) of email over 3G/4G AND wi-fi perfectly. I now own a RAZR and it will not sync my pop3 (comcast) account on wi-fi.  Everything else works on wi-fi, including gmail, internet browsing, google play store, etc...  The only way to sync my comcast email is through my 4G connection.

Please help...

Thanks for the reply, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

My RAZR will surf, download, upload and sync email (g-mail AND comcast) perfectly.  When I turn on wi-fi, it will do everything but sync my email - comcast account only, gmail still syncs.  Hmm, after playing with it a little more with w-fi turned on, I realize that my google voice prompt (instead of typing) does not work either.  Example, when texting, I usually tap the microphone to speak my message instead of typing it.  With wi-fi on, after speaking a word or two it says, 'waiting for results'.
