Just picked up two RAZR M's about a month apart on upgrades, one will not connect to my wifi it just sits on "obtaining ip address" or 4g LTE while the other is running fine. This is a problem as the WIFI keeps my bill from rocketting. Solutions?

Hey there Michaelmusser91,
Congrats on Droid M's. Let's take a closer look to make sure yours is connecting to WiFi correctly. Since the other Droid M seems to be connecting ok, it seems to be an issue with your device only. Has it ever been able to connect to WiFi? Have you tried a soft reset,http://vz.to/135rpyT? Also, please try powering off the device and remove and reinsert the sim card,http://vz.to/V2jX4r?
Please try these steps and test again. Keep us updated with results.
