Along with several others it appears, I have purchased a ringtone/ringback tone combo from the VW online store for my Droid Razr M. I received the ringback tone in my list online, that isn't the problem. I received a text congratulating me on my purchase of my ringtone. When I open the text there is a paperclip icon in the message. Tapping it or holding it down does NOTHING. If I go to the Settings option within the text message it only gives the generic options like: add contact, delete, etc. No options are giving for downloading the ringtone. I've spent over an hour trying to figure this out. It really shouldn't be this difficult.
How do I retrieve, find, or download my purchased ring tone?
