There are apps in the Market. Different ones work depending on your setup. Many have a fee.
Motorola also has MotoPrint which allows you to print to networked printers via wifi access. Some have had no problem getting it to work but others have had difficulty.
You are probably going to just have to pick one, play with it and see if it works for you. I'd probably start with MotoPrint as it's free. But the printer must be a networked printer on your wifi network.

I got the built in printing app to work fine the other day. Turn on wifi and connect to the network. Go into SETTINGS | PRINTER SETTINGS | ADD PRINTERS and try FIND PRINTERS first. If it cannot find it, try to put in the IP address in the MANUAL option. It also has options for Active Directory, which is cool. I will be trying that soon....

If that doesn't work and you have an Epson wireless printer you can use their iPrint app in the Android market. I believe some other manufacturers have their own type of app that works with all features of their printers.

There is also an HP Print app in the market, which is what I used on my last phone.
