Maybe dirt in the headphone jack? Try looking in it with a flashlight; cleaning it out with canned air or a toothpick.

I've got plenty of ideas. So let's get this fixed. At first glance, do you see lint or anything else that may be present in the earphone jack?

I can't see anything in there and took a toothpick to see if there was

something stuck but no luck.

It's protection feature in the phone so that when you plug your headset's in, It keep's you from possible ear Damage my phone does the exact same thing if you can resume play after you've plug them in it should be fine.. b33
