Hello, on my my 2nd Droid Razr, this one a recertified replacement. Lately, if I click on a link to play a video or simply go to you tube, I just get video, no audio. My ringer still works. I have to go to system settings, sound, volumes, then toggle the ringtone down then up then toggle the music control down and up. This sequence is annoying and I was wondering if anybody else experienced this. I don't think I have the other problem of no sound and having to rub the back of the phone by the speaker.
Camry9298, thanks for posting. I can understand how frustrating it could be not to have sound via You Tube. Let's get this resolved. Do you have issues with any other video sites? How long has this been going on? Have you tried this: http://is.gd/NvYkDg and retested?^SP
