I believe that new razr is running gingerbread, and a someone else mentioned, you can't pull the battery on the phone. I dont know how that is going to work if that gingerbread runs the same as like mine on my x. Not too often, but I've had to pull the battery. I was eyeballing the bionic but decided against it because thats running gingerbread too.

You can do a hard reset on the Razr. It is something like holding the power button and one of the volume buttons and it resets it like a battery pull.

Interesting comparison

Checked it out. Seems to be a nose-to-nose race, with the slight edge to Samsung's Galaxy Nexus. Is the battery removeable in the Galaxy Nexus. So far, nothing has been said about the cost. Will it be the same price as the Bionic? Time will tell. Thanks for the link, it was interesting.

The battery is removable in the Galaxy Nexus destined for Verizon.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The TB was going to be "it". Then, the Bionic. Now, the Razr.

Seems like with each new highly anticipated phone release, there is unmitigated disappointment.

Wait, above all things, wait. Give the Razr, or any new phone, time to reveal its warts.

But it also is missing a lot of good features. I picked the htc rezound because all in all the features were better and it has ibeats. So i have no regrets about my purchase. Getting the rezound tuesday November 29th.

You can crack ANY phone with a 20" drop if it lands right. That's not bad craftsmanship, it's a clumsy phone owner.

Looking at all the communities, Razr has complaints, Bionic has complaints, etc. Yes, some of them are self-inflicted; but something interesting; as it stands right now, the HTC Rezound has no beefs. Hmmm! I'm going to look into this one and compare it with the Galaxy Nexus (which was my first choice) and the Razr (which was a distant second). Plus, all the 4G phones will be updated to Ice Cream Sandwich by February, or so I've heard.

I LOVE my new Rezound.  As you put it, no beefs (well, actually, sometimes I have to hit the power button twice to get it to sleep, the first press sometimes takes me to the lockscreen).
