My replacement Maxx loses data connection along with my previous 4 Bionic junk phones.

Can somone from either Motorola or Verizon fix my problems? My first Bionic on release day #1 had connection / data drop issues.  After many calls / trips to store finally got Bionic #2. Same issues with connection / data drops but worse.  Many calls etc I later got Bionic #3  That one seemed to work but wifi would not turn on so Verizon store confirmed and I then got Bionic #4.   Same connection issues as with previous phones.

The issues are when I am using an app or internet and select a page, the 4g icon turns white, the page search icon spins, it will not go to next page.  Sometimes I have to back  out to the home page to get the connection back.  Waiting sometimes will eventually connect back to the blue 4g icon.  But maybe the next selection it will disconnect. Sometimes it will go to no icons and no signal bars.  It will eventually get signal back.

While talking to a trouble tech and jumping through hoops that does nothing to help the Bionic they said I would get Bionic #5.  I screamed lemon.  So now I am tired of the junk Bionics and I now have a Razr Maxx replacement as of 3 days ago.  Hey guess what?  The exact same connectivity issues as I had with the Bionic.  The Verizon store loaded the app Restore Connectivity settings for Razr.  That doesn't work either.  So now I have the latest and greatest Razr with data loss.  Today I was losing data connection 3 miles from the Indy airport which was the first 4g install in Indy.  Can I get a connectivity technician someplace to fix this or is there a fix?

Thanks

I was having the same problem with my HTC Thunderbolt, so I just traded it in for a RAZR MAXX, and I'm having the same problem! My husband has a Galaxy Nexus with the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and he has no problems, leading me to believe that it must be the operating system, but I am waiting to hear something back from Verizon (I emailed them yesterday). I will let you know if I hear anything.

B33: I have had a the Razr Maxx since its release and recently, the wifi will not stay connected.  It is hard to nail down but sometimes when I wake it up, the wifi connection is gone, sometimes while internet surfing, the connection leaves and has to reconnect.  I was upgraded to ICS yesterday and hoped that would be the cure...wrong.  I have read other posts relating to a data connection drop in 4g.  My problems are the same but only related to WiFi.  Is there any chance that a hard reset will repair the wifi radio?  Or is the only solution a replacement device?

Well in General I think its Good to F.R. because it's such a big OS build and in the long run I think it will helpful to all. As for your situation it's hard to say it might but there may be something like a setting in your router that needs to be adjusted. possibly something in your RAZR Maxx. But I would go ahead and do the F.R just remember don't clear the Internal Memory or the SD Just do the factory reset.. Let us know how it turns out when you're done and through with it..b33

Is it only your WiFi you're having problems with? I went through 4 Razr's that would lose all data connection(s). When 4G would drop I'd switch to WiFi and it would not work either - I could connect to it but could not access anything on the internet. Vzw upgraded me to a Maxx, hoping this one will hold. Very bummed that ICS didn't fix this.

Does it happen no matter what wifi you connect to? Just certain ones?
