So I have had my phone since it came out and I love it. I recently got the 4.0 upgrade which I like. Now Motocast has been giving me issues since day 1. I installed it on my computer would work for quite a while then say my computer is Offline which it is not. I rarely if ever use wifi only 4g (thank you unlimited data) and sometimes when I try to open it it says "Please check Wifi connection". Now I am not sure if that is pertaining to both wifi and 4g but either way it is irritating. I do not turn off my computer rarely every and I know it is connected. I have even been sitting in front of the computer, can be on www.mymotocast.com and listening to music through there but phone says Offline. I have uninstalled from computer at least 4 times and re-installed to fix it which is does for about a month then stops again. This time it lasted 3 days. I am running the latest version at home so thats not the issue. I have restarted my computer and device to no avail. When I connect via wifi at home (when it is giving me issues) it works fine but once I am on 4g right after, its offline.
Not sure if I should post this on verizon site or Motorola site but either way its pissing me off.
